We are pleased to provide the attached Firm Test Plan for all firms participating in the Common Clearing Link (CCL) between the CBOT and the CME. The test plan describes the three phases of firm testing, starting with Firm Integration Testing in July and August, Firm End to End Testing in September and October, and Firm Deliveries Testing beginning in mid-August. Note that the link will go live for a subset of CBOT products on Monday, November 24, 2003, with the remaining products starting on January 2, 2004.
